ternvent VIBRACLEAN dust collectors provide economical and effective solutions to a wide variety of industrial dust problems. Multi-pocket filter modules provide maximum utilization of filter area with minimal space requirements and are automatically cleaned by the vibrashaker each time the fan is shut off.

Operation

• Dust laden air is drawn into the inlet where it turns 90 degrees, causing the heavier particles to fall into the dust container.
• Fine dust particles collected on the exterior surfaces of the filter pockets form a dust cake, increasing the efficiency of the filter media.
• Clean air flows from inside the filter pocket into the fan and out the discharge.
• The collected dust is dislodged from the filter pockets by the vibrating action of the automatic filter shaker, which is activated 15 seconds after the fan is shut off.
