Dust Collection

Dust control units are used in most industries on many different dusts involving a wide variety of processes. Each problem needs careful assessment before the most suitable unit can be selected.

Generally there are three types of dust collection units we carry:

Reverse pulse cleaning cartridge collectors:
Cartridge collectors are an excellent solution to a wide variety of applications producing fine airborne dust. They offer high efficiency, compact unit size, and ease of maintenance. Continuous duty filter cleaning lets your process stay on-line. With the wide variety of filter media available, this unit can almost be used on any application. Options include after filters, explosion relief doors, stainless steel construction, among others.

Cyclone collectors:
High efficiency cyclone dust collectors provide an economical method for controlling large dust particles. Air cleaning is accomplished by centrifugally separating the dust from the air stream. These units are very versatile and are available with single and double drums, various capacity hoppers, and pull-out drawers. Options include after filters, silencers, inner wear plates, stainless steel construction, and others.

Manual/auto cleaning collectors:
Highly efficient mechanical clean dust collectors provide a compact, reliable, and economical solution to a variety of industrial dust problems. With a simple cleaning system, dust that clings to the outside of the filters is easily dislodged by operating either the standard manual or optional motorized shaker. Dust disposal is accomplished easily with either a pull-out drawer or hopper with drum assembly.
